Since 2002 we have offered a range of classes for all levels of yoga students. We invite you to try out different classes and teachers to find what best meets your needs. We have mats and props for your use. We also hold workshops on various topics.

Holiday Schedule: There is no chang in the schedule during the 4th of July weekend. *:)

Class Changing: Monday's 12:00 to 1:00 class is now Gentle Hatha and will be taught By Karen Carrillo and Mary Riordan alternately.
A change in the schedule is a good time to let a teacher know what you want from a class. *:)

New Class: 5:15-6:45 PM Prana Flow with Karen Carrillo. Enjoy the balance between fierce and sweet in this vinyasa flow practice. Level 2-4
New Teacher: Casey Walles will now share Sunday 8:30AM level 1-2 with me (Susan). Sheteaching will be every other Sunday starting the 20th. I love her clsss so much I will be coming in to take it. *:)
